Various partner for high-quality foundation equipment

Versatile partner for high-quality foundation equipment

With 50 years of experience in developing PVE and ICE vibratory hammers and sheet pile drivers and 35 years in designing and manufacturing Woltman drilling and pile driving cranes, Dieseko Group can rightfully call itself a frontrunner in the field of foundation machinery.

Under the slogan "Founding the Future," the company shows a progressive vision based on half a century of knowledge and experience, based on close cooperation with clients. "We are therefore more than just a machine builder," said Marion van den Akker, area manager at Dieseko for the Benelux. "We like to engage with partners in order to find the best solution for your foundation problem. The various clamping solutions, retaining plates and adapters are a good example of this."

The PLD system (here on a PVE 110M vibrating block) is ideal for pushing a pipe pile or sheet pile into the clamps by operating the cylinders.

Smart power units

In the transition to an emission-free construction site, Dieseko Group is fully engaged in innovative developments to achieve the best zero-emission solutions. In this way, a fully electric drilling rig has already been created and the company is building smart Electric Hydraulic Power Units. The AC motors in these EHPUs deliver maximum power of 160, 264 or 404 kW. These EHPUs are well suited to drive existing equipment such as vibratory hammers, pile drivers, drilling motors or dredge pumps electrically-hydraulically instead of diesel-hydraulically."

Sustainability is a high priority at Dieseko Group. Marion: "A good example is the recently delivered, diesel-powered Woltman drilling rig from Gebr. van 't Hek, which can now operate emission-free with relatively minor modifications. This is currently our largest EHPU and delivers a power of 600 kW. This 1100 EHPU is placed on the back of the foundation machine and takes over the drive of the diesel engine, it is also possible to run standalone with this EHPU to drive a vibratory block, for example."

Close cooperation

As an expert partner for foundation equipment, Dieseko likes to stand next to the client and look at certain issues with his eyes. By listening attentively, several handling tools have already been developed in close cooperation and by market demand, including the PLD system. "With this system, the profile (pipe pile or sheet piling) is easily picked up from the ground and pushed and moved into the clamps by operating the cylinders."

With the InfraTech in Rotterdam at the beginning of next year and, of course, the bauma in Munich in April, Dieseko is looking forward to meeting all relations there and informally catching up on what makes the foundation industry so special.
