Bonding and collaboration crucial in future projects
From progression and specialism, INNOCY fulfills a strong connecting factor in project teams.

Connecting and collaborating crucial in future projects

Projects are becoming increasingly complex and challenging, and project teams larger and larger. This is precisely why it is important that everyone within the project team pursues the same goal. This is the role that INNOCY prefers to assume: to fulfill a strong connecting factor in project teams based on progression and specialization. How do they do that? Visit INNOCY at stand 6.006 during InfraTech 2025, but don't forget to read on.

INNOCY operates from three knowledge domains, namely asset management, project management and safety. "A conscious choice to be able to make even more impact for our clients," says director Robert van Meijgaarden. "What you do, we can't do. That's what we often hear back from clients. That is why we are often involved in a project at an early stage; that is when our knowledge and expertise come into their own. Nevertheless, we can step in at any stage of a project. Moreover, we make the connection. We create an atmosphere in which a whole club of people in the project team pursue the same goal. After all, together you are strong(er)."

Pitch on three domains

The beauty of INNOCY is that they have experience on both the client and contractor sides in the three knowledge domains, and they are happy to share that. "At InfraTech there will be a pitch set up from each domain," reveals Raoul Rampersad, asset manager at INNOCY. "We are going to present part of our project portfolio, zooming in mainly on the added value we offer." For example, INNOCY is active on the A27 (ALSéén) and the A9 (VeenIX) with asset management, they provide technical expertise on the Krammersluis and Kreekraksluis locks, and are responsible for safety on the Maeslantkering and on the A44. "And in the renewal of the Amsterdam traffic control center, we are providing project management. We also introduce visitors to the special tools that we use to work more efficiently or get to an end result faster, and which are also easily accepted by our clients."

Fun demos

Such tools allow us, for example, to monitor assets in a tunnel or on a bridge, such as cameras, fans and signaling, and take early action to prevent failure or unsafe situations, Robert gives as an example. "Gathering that data and information also helps us to be ever better at forecasting. In the industry we operate in, we are expected to demonstrate that an object functions as described. The software we use is so intelligent that it can adequately and efficiently generate test plans and demonstrations based on pre-existing information from the past. And that with consistent quality. And if something changes, we can also respond to it very quickly. Because 80% is usually generic, 20% specific. At our booth, we will tell you all about it and show you how we also make a difference with this in the many projects in our country."

Besides showing what we do, we also show who we are at the fair, Robert emphasizes. "Many of our colleagues are represented. Be sure to talk to our people as well. We are a young and ambitious organization and are always open to new talent. Who knows, you might soon be working on one of our many interesting projects in infrastructure, the water domain or rail. Moreover, we have once again brought out our famous grab machine and have a fun competition up our sleeve. See you in advance at the fair at booth 6.006."
