Infra Relatiedagen celebrates 25th anniversary

On February 11, 12 and 13, 2025, the 25th edition of Infra Relatiedagen will take place in Evenementenhal Hardenberg. "This year we are celebrating a special anniversary and we would like to do so together with our visitors and exhibitors. We have a number of novelties
in store, because it is essential to keep innovating and responding to the latest trends."
We sat down with Melanie Coomans, Marketing Event Manager of Infra Relatiedagen.

"25 years we can't just let 25 years go by," Melanie begins. "We want everyone to immediately feel that there is something to celebrate. This will be immediately apparent upon entry. Relationships are of course central. That's why we set up the food courts in such a way to take full advantage of the networking moment between relations. We want our visitors and exhibitors to feel genuinely appreciated and have ample opportunity to network and enjoy the event."

Loyal exhibitors

Exhibitors are already excited about this 25th edition. With as many as 270 exhibitors, more than 80% of the exhibition floor has already been booked. Melanie says: "It's great to see how much interest there is in Infra Relatiedagen. Our exhibitors come from different corners of the industry and each brings their unique contribution. The valuable contacts often lead to long-term collaborations and new opportunities."

"From the connections made here, thousands of conversations flow from people who will still call each other the next week because they met here. This emphasizes the importance of networking at an event like this." - Van Gelder

What's new?

Again this year, several themes relevant to the industry will be addressed. "The net zero story is well known, but the question is: how do we move forward?", Melanie wonders aloud. "With practical examples and tips & tricks, we help visitors take the next step toward zero-emission business. We are currently consulting with exhibitors and knowledge parties to determine how we can present this in a creative and attractive way on the exhibition floor."

"In addition, we also want to offer visitors an answer to the question, 'How much can you save?' With this we address the topic of waste management and recycling, and want to show how much you can save by working sustainably. We want to make our visitors aware of the impact they can have on the environment and inspire them to reduce waste and recycle," Melanie adds.

"Working safely" is the next pillar. "Safety remains a top priority in our industry, and we want to inspire and inform our visitors about best practices and products in this area," Melanie said. "The exact details will be kept secret for a while. Keep an eye on our website and social media for more information!"

Retained toppers

"In addition to these novelties, we also have some zones from last year that are returning," Melanie says. "The Underground Infra Square is also a big eye-catcher this year. This 600-square-meter square is an initiative of Stichting Grond'g and its partners. With this they want to put the industry in a positive light and encourage new inflows to the underground infrastructure profession. We also have the Public Lighting Square and the Knowledge Park Government & Market. These areas were very well received last year and will remain a part of Infra Relatiedagen for this edition as well. After all, good things shouldn't be changed."

Infra Relatiedagen 2025 promises to be an inspiring and informative edition, with plenty of opportunities to network, gain knowledge and celebrate. "We look forward to welcoming our visitors and exhibitors to this special anniversary edition!"
