Tanja Mars has a solid track record in the construction industry. As a follow-up to her career at Motion Consult, Tanja founded SAMMAN in 2020, where she and other professionals make a visibly greater contribution to true collaboration in the construction industry.

Tanja has extensive experience as an assessment psychologist, manager, trainer, executive coach, organizational consultant, therapist and president of various professional organizations. Her work focuses on personal, leadership, team and organizational development.
She works from systemic thinking: working with the whole as well as the individual parts to untangle systemic issues.
