Saint-Gobain Weber

3D printing with concrete mortar
Saint-Gobain Weber has been experimenting with this since the beginning of this century, building its first 3D printed wall in 2005. With the help of a consortium of companies, this experiment grew step-by-step into a new production method in construction. This resulted in high-profile projects and the opening of the first concrete printing plant in Europe in 2019.

Since 2021, Saint-Gobain Weber has fully owned the 3D Printing Plant in Eindhoven. With this strategic step, we are intensifying our development and production activities in 3D concrete printing. We are also focusing on sustainability, industrialization and digitalization and increasing our ability to serve the market independently.

In our 3D printing plant in Eindhoven, we have been producing unique concrete products for many years. The industrial process we developed includes a very extensive quality control. This ensures that we can always deliver the pre-agreed product quality.

In cooperation with various partners, we produce 3D printed structural concrete products of the highest quality. Some examples can be found at 3d.weber.
