HSM Steel Structures- part of Andus Group- has been a major Dutch structural engineer in civil engineering since the 1970s. Our scope is fixed and movable bridges, storm surge barriers and lock gates.

We specialize in performing multidisciplinary projects, service and maintenance. Services include project and service management, engineering, procurement, construction, conservation, installation and/or assembly, commissioning, service and maintenance. Qualified and experienced employees ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed deadline and to complete satisfaction.

HSM Steel Structures' production facilities in Schiedam have unimpeded access to the North Sea and major Dutch waterways. The site has excellent infrastructure, with many key suppliers and partners in the immediate vicinity.

A full range of engineering services can be offered. This already takes into account the structural feasibility and the entire' life cycle (from realization to demolition) in the design phase, contributing to effective and efficient execution of projects and maintenance.

On-site work is costly, risky and time-consuming. The need to be able to prefabricate to the maximum economic size for transportation and installation is great. This keeps the required on-site installation time minimal. The HSM team's vast experience ensures that installation work is carried out in a safe and effective manner.

Recent TU and HTS graduates in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering can get to know HSM Steel Structures (at home and abroad) as a Trainee. After a period of approximately 2 years, career opportunities within the company will be discussed.
