Brave & Boost

We are Brave & Boost. We assist companies and (semi-)governments in construction and engineering through training, tender support and organizational development. For example, we work with contractors, project developers, consulting and engineering firms, technical service providers, (semi-)governments and utility companies.

By challenging people, teams and organizations to get the best out of themselves, we work towards a sustainable, innovative and efficient built environment. That is our mission. Together with our clients, we create the built environment of the future.

Founded in February 2021, Brave & Boost combines the strengths of Brave Decisions and We-Boost. Brave Decisions brings 17 years of training experience for technical and business professionals in communications and commerce, particularly focused on construction and engineering companies. We-Boost has been active in construction tendering since 2015 and brings knowledge and expertise in sustainability, data and GWW innovations.

Our offerings:

We offer training courses in the areas of communication, tenders and sustainability. In our trainings we combine theoretical frameworks with practical tools that fit the field. Through exercises we apply these tools directly. We work together with enthusiasm. Our trainers challenge you to get the best out of yourself. Our trainings are available through open registration or in-company. Together with our clients, we customize the training courses.

Tender Support

We help both contractors and clients with the tender process. We do this from our tender experience in construction and, our experience in providing training and supervising sessions.

We support contractors in preparing an appealing and convincing bid that matches the client's request.

We do this by helping prepare dialogues, interviews and assessments. We bring structure where needed and supervise the entire tender process as assistant to the tender manager. For writing EMVI plans, we work exclusively with our sister company We-Boost.

We support clients in arriving at a thoughtful tender design.

We do this by supporting procurement teams in articulating the right objectives and establishing measurable quality criteria. We conduct interviews, provide assessments and, if required, provide guidance through the tender process.
