Release of brand new pontoon and innovative fuel storage tanks

At the TKD, TAB de Blesse and Tolsma Tanks will participate together for the first time since the takeover that took place at the end of 2021. Here they will present their new pontoon and one can get acquainted with (mobile) fuel storage tanks. They want to show the visitors that they offer solutions for every type of fuel, so besides fossil fuels also for HVO, AdBlue and biofuels.

In 2021, TAB de Blesse, part of Groeneveld Exploitatie, took over Tolsma Tanks. Matthijs Groeneveld belongs to the third generation of the family business and is responsible for the commercial activities. "Both family businesses have years of experience in developing and manufacturing fuel storage tanks. By combining this knowledge, we are able to make new products that are in line with market developments. We continue to innovate and grow along with the energy transition. For the customer, nothing will change as a result of the acquisition. We will continue to offer solutions for the storage of various types of fuel. And we will simply continue our short lines of communication, service and flexibility.''

Mobile fuel storage

Both companies are known as market leaders in KIWA stationary and mobile fuel tanks. "We are bringing our mobile tank solutions to the TKD fair, including the EnergyTender+ from Tolsma Tanks and the Fuel Box from TAB de Blesse. But also the ADRTender, which can store 20,000 liters on site."

Standard and customized

Groeneveld continues: "In addition to our standard versions, our products can also be custom made, from specific sizes to personalized parts. Both the Fuel Box and the EnergyTender+ have become household names in Benelux, but we are also making great strides in exports." These tanks can be expanded with a pump set, generator connections and a (digital) content meter.

"Another important development," Groeneveld knows, "is the integration of sensors and smart technologies. For example, the tanks can be equipped with a FuelTrack measurement system. This allows one to remotely see exactly where the tank is and how much fuel is left in it. This makes it possible to manage fuel consumption and inventory, which can lead to more efficient operations and lower costs."

AdBlue variants

"The use of AdBlue is increasing because it reduces harmful emissions. We have developed a comprehensive product line of solutions for AdBlue. In addition to the individual AdBlue variant, we also have a combination version for both diesel and AdBlue. We are happy to show these to visitors to the TKD exhibition." Tolsma Tanks and TAB de Blesse: together the best solution for fuel storage.
