DNL Machines & Equipment delivers first Sany SW405K5 in the Netherlands to Haarsma Group

DNL Machines & Equipment (importer of Sany earthmoving and road construction machines) recently delivered the first SANY SW405K5 in the Netherlands to Haarsma Groep in Tjerkwerd. Haarsma Group will use the Sany SW405K5 mainly for loading soil, sand, rubble etc. at its sites in Sneek and Franeker. The Sany SW405K5 has an operating weight of 18,500 kg and is equipped with L5 tires for Haarsma Group.

Deutz diesel engine

The water-cooled Deutz diesel engine delivers a rated power of 195 kW and, of course, complies with Stage V emission standards. The hydraulically driven cooling fan has a reverse function for easy cleaning of the coolers.

Powerful drive

The wheel drive consists of a 4-stage ZF transmission combined with Dana Spicer axles. All desired functions that belong to a modern wheel loader can also be found with the SANY SW405K5. These include functions such as automatic shifting, kick-down, automatic (dis)coupling of the torque converter, limited slip differential and Eco/Power mode. The Kawasaki hydraulic pump delivers 307 l/min at a working pressure of 270 bar.

Many features

As one would expect from a wheel loader of this size, the SANY SW405K5 also comes standard with extras to make things easier for the operator and increase productivity. These extras include return-to-dig, bucket kick-out, float position, automatic bucket leveling, pallet fork program and adjustable height limits. The machine comes factory equipped with an HKO Lundberg hydraulic quick coupler with integrated quick-change function. A third hydraulic function is also part of the standard equipment of the SANY SW405K5.

Complete equipment and safe working

In the cab, the operator will find everything he or she needs. Automatic air conditioning, the air-sprung seat and good all-round visibility ensure optimum comfort. In addition to a complete set of mirrors, the SANY SW405K5 is equipped as standard with a 360° degree camera. This combined with the acoustic reverse signal contribute to safe working with the SANY SW405K5. Furthermore, the SANY SY405K5 is equipped as standard with a working light, automatic grease lubrication and is delivered as standard with Dutch registration plate by DNL Machines & Equipment.

5-year SANY warranty

Like the SANY excavators, the wheel loaders come with a standard 5-year SANY warranty. This substantially reduces operating costs of the SANY SW405K5 and means minimal financial risk for the customer. The terms of the SANY warranty are very clear and offer great added value for the user.
