"The 80 liter version is ideal for smaller projects and situations where mobility is essential," said director Frank van Deursen. "This unit is easy to maneuver thanks to a compact size of up to 1 meter wide. With this, it fits on a bicycle or footpath, so passersby are hardly bothered by it."

The 150 liter grout unit is a medium-sized unit, versatile and suitable for a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial construction projects. And for large-scale projects that require large quantities of grout or mortar, the 300-liter version offers the capacity and efficiency needed to get the job done. 

Advantages water tank

Inpieq developed the grout units itself, thinking carefully about convenience and efficiency. For example, the units feature an integrated water tank. "The biggest advantage is that you are now no longer dependent on third parties for the water supply. Because of the continuous supply of water, employees do not have to constantly walk back and forth to add water to the mix. That saves time and is better for the employees," Frank knows. "Work can continue without interruptions for refilling water."

Understanding drilling process

A second very practical plus of Inpieqs grout units is the automatic control system. You can make grout mixtures semi- or fully automatic. "Ten types of mixtures can be programmed in advance. The pump operator can then select the desired mixture at the push of a button. In between, you can even switch to another mixture, which saves a lot of time."

The grout units also provide significant added value in providing insight into the overall drilling process. By linking them to Inpieq's Data Registration System, you can see exactly what mixture was pumped at what depth in what proportion.
